Job Description

- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Real Estate Management
- Experience/Skills: With at least five (5) years proven working experience as a Real Estate; advanced leadership and team management skills; ability to instruct and supervise subordinates in proper appraisal techniques and practices; comprehensive understanding of the basic and complex principles of construction; above average written communication skills to prepare regular reports
- Training: None required
- Eligibility Required: Licensed Real Estate Appraiser (REA)
