Job Description

- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Real Estate Management with Post Graduate Degree or Graduate School Units
- Experience/Skills: At least five (5) years of relevant work experience in appraisal services and two (2) years of supervisory or management experience; member of any registered association of property appraiser pr valuers Philippine Associate of Real Appraisers (PARA) or institute of Philippine Real Estate Appraisers (IPREA); preferably with experience as Credit Investigator
- Training: None required
- Eligibility Required: Registered Real Estate Appraiser (REA)
