Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance, performance reviews, and other essential documentation.
-Support in managing employee benefits programs.
-Help coordinate employee training and development programs.
-Assist in administering payroll, including timesheet management and leave tracking.
-Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
-Assist with performance management processes, including tracking performance reviews and assisting with disciplinary actions.
-Assist in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
-Perform other HR-related tasks and duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
-Previous experience in an HR support role is a plus.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
-Knowledge of HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting.
-Proactive and eager to learn.
