Job Description

TASQ is seeking English-speaking call center agents for on-site positions in Taguig, with available start dates of April 15. Initial screening interviews will be conducted via phone, so please keep your lines available.

- A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

- Preferred candidates should have 1 year of experience in call center collections, customer service, or telemarketing.

- Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written, are essential.

Applicants must be open to working in either collections or anti-fraud roles.

**POSITION PURPOSE: Collections Starting April 15**

In this role, you will spend your day calling customers to remind them of missed or overdue payments, addressing different levels of delinquency. Your duties will include helping customers find solutions for payment arrangements. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls, employing effective negotiation and relationship-building techniques to assist customers and resolve issues. Additionally, you will manage multiple systems while working efficiently on the computer. As you represent the client during these calls, the focus of our collection efforts is to maintain a positive customer experience and uphold the client's brand reputation.
