Job Description

TASQ is seeking English-speaking call center agents to work onsite in Taguig, with positions available starting April 8 or April 15. The initial screening interview will take place over the phone, so please make sure your lines are open.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required

- Preferred: 1 year of experience in call center collections, customer service, or telemarketing

- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing

Candidates should be willing to work in either collections or anti-fraud roles.

**POSITION PURPOSE: Anti-Fraud**

As a Customer Service Representative in Fraud, you will engage with consumers on behalf of the client through inbound and outbound calls. This role involves utilizing effective relationship-building skills to assist customers and prevent fraud. You will need to manage multiple systems simultaneously while efficiently using your computer. The goal of this position is to safeguard the client's brand reputation and ensure a positive customer experience.

**POSITION PURPOSE: Collections**

In this position, you will spend your day on calls with customers to remind them of late or missed payments, addressing varying levels of delinquency. Your role will involve helping customers find solutions for payment arrangements. You will engage in both inbound and outbound calls, employing effective negotiation and relationship-building skills to assist customers and solve problems. You will also manage multiple systems while working efficiently on the computer. As you represent the client during these calls, our collection efforts prioritize maintaining the clients brand reputation through a positive customer experience.
