Job Description

TASQ is looking for English-speaking call center agents to work on-site in Taguig, with positions available starting April 8 or April 15. The initial screening interview will be conducted over the phone, so please ensure your lines are open.

- A High School Diploma or equivalent at the very least is required.

- Preferred: 1 year of experience in call center collections, customer service, or telemarketing.

- Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Applicants should be willing to work in either collections or anti-fraud positions.

**POSITION PURPOSE: Anti-Fraud** - April 8 start date

As a Customer Service Representative in the Fraud department, you will interact with consumers on behalf of the client through both inbound and outbound calls. This role requires strong relationship-building skills to assist customers and prevent fraud. You will need to manage multiple systems simultaneously while effectively using your computer. The primary goal of this position is to protect the clients brand reputation and ensure a positive customer experience.

**POSITION PURPOSE: Collections** - April 15 start date

In this role, you will spend your day making calls to customers to remind them of late or missed payments, addressing various levels of delinquency. Your responsibilities will include helping customers find solutions for payment arrangements. You will engage in both inbound and outbound calls, utilizing effective negotiation and relationship-building skills to assist customers and resolve issues. Additionally, you will manage multiple systems while working efficiently on the computer. As you represent the client during these calls, our collection efforts are focused on sustaining the client's brand reputation through a positive customer experience.
