Job Description

ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a Non-Voice Agent, you’ll handle customer inquiries through chat and email, helping resolve concerns, answer product or service-related questions, and ensure a positive customer experience—all while keeping things clear, accurate, and professional.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email
- Assist with account-related issues, product questions, and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain clear documentation of each interaction
- Ensure high-quality, timely, and professional responses

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong written English and typing skills (at least 40 WPM preferred)
- Good reading comprehension and attention to detail
- Basic computer navigation and multitasking abilities
- Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Open to shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
