Job Description

About the Role
You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to drive leads and increase brand awareness within the Australian real estate sector. You will leverage your expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and marketing automation tools with strong CRM integration to optimize campaign performance and achieve key business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the Australian real estate market, focusing on lead generation and brand building.
2. CRM & Marketing Automation: Use advanced CRM tools and marketing automation platforms to streamline marketing processes, personalize customer communication, and track campaign performance.
3. Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Campaigns: Plan, create, and optimize paid social media campaigns, including audience targeting, copywriting, and performance tracking.
Manage Google Ads Campaigns: Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns through keyword research, ad creation, bid management, and conversion tracking.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs, providing actionable insights and performance recommendations.
5. Market Research: Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, audience behaviors, and competitive insights in the Australian real estate space.
6. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business goals.
7. Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI.
8. A/B Testing: Run A/B tests to improve ad performance, landing pages, and other campaign elements.
9. Stay Up-to-Date: Keep current with emerging digital marketing technologies, strategies, and best practices.

Qualifications
1. Demonstrated experience using CRM and marketing automation tools (MRI Vault or similar platforms).
2. 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, including Meta and Google Ads campaign management.
3. Strong understanding of the Australian real estate or property sector.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Proficiency in data and reporting tools such as Google Analytics.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
8. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Bonus Points
1. Experience with CRM platforms tailored to the real estate industry.
2. Certifications in Google Ads and/or Meta Ads.
3. Familiarity with Australian digital consumer behavior and real estate trends.
4. Background in working within a fast-paced agency or startup environment.
