Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative you are responsible to:
Addressing customer questions about accounts, transactions, billing, payments, and other financial matters.
Promptly addressing and resolving customer complaints and issues related to financial products and services.
Helping customers with new account applications, account verification, and navigating online banking or mobile apps.
Protecting sensitive customer information and ensuring data security.
Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing prompt and helpful service.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or any related course.
Minimum of 2 years experience in accounts receivable
Experience in AR Collection
Excellent communication skills.
Willing to work onsite.
Salary:
₱28,000.00 Monthly
