Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for LifePharm customers, providing professional, knowledgeable, and empathetic support via phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction in line with LifePharm’s values and brand promise.
You’ll represent a health and wellness brand that’s committed to empowering lives through high-quality nutritional supplements, requiring a deep understanding of the product line and the ability to connect with customers on a personal level.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Assist with product information, order placement, billing, shipping, and returns.
Handle escalations and complaints with a sense of urgency, empathy, and accountability.
Process customer transactions and data entries accurately in internal systems.
Provide product recommendations and educate customers about LifePharm’s health and wellness offerings.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of LifePharm products, promotions, and company policies.
Collaborate with the client’s internal departments (logistics, accounting, marketing) to resolve customer concerns.
Identify trends and provide feedback to improve the customer experience.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and meet/exceed service-level agreements (SLAs).
Contribute to team goals in a fast-paced, high-quality support environment.
Uphold LifePharm’s brand image through every interaction and touchpoint.
Salary:
