Job Description
The Admin Assistant will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, assist with client bookings and travel arrangements, and manage office tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support by managing correspondences via call/chat/email and updating records, booking systems, and schedules.
Assist in preparing travel itineraries, hotel bookings, flight reservations, and other travel-related arrangements.
Liaise with travel suppliers, such as hotels, airlines, and tour operators to confirm bookings and coordinate travel logistics.
Assist in organizing meetings and conferences, including scheduling, sending invitations, and preparing materials.
Support the office manager in the day-to-day operations of the office.
Address employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
