Job Description

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the API build strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology standards in alignment with the pre-defined roadmap
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a teams of API developers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.
API Design and Development: Oversee & Govern the design, development, and deployment of APIs, ensuring they meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.
Collaboration: Work closely with Business Partners, Infra, Solution and Enterprise architects and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Quality Assurance: Implement best practices for API testing, monitoring, and documentation to ensure reliability and maintainability.
Governance: Establish and enforce API governance policies to ensure consistency and compliance across the entire build team.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor API performance and usage, identifying and addressing any issues or bottlenecks.
