Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop Systems
Responsible for writing, testing, and maintaining code and or configuration for software or applications.
They use JIRA, SFA, PArdot, and other programming languages like Python and Java Script to implement features and functionality.
Participate in the design and architectural phases of a project.
They help define the structure and organization of the software, make important decisions about how components will interact and how the system will be built Identify issues or challenges in the code, troubleshoot problems, and come up with solutions to address them .
Work as part of a team, collaborating with other developers, designers, product managers, and quality assurance professionals to bring a project to completion.
Effective communication and teamwork are essential. Testing and Deployment
Debug and fix issues in the code, which might involve identifying and resolving errors or optimizing performance.
Maintaining clear and well-organized documentation is essential.
Developers write documentation that explains how the code works, making it easier for others to understand and maintain the software.
Developers are often responsible for deploying their code to servers or platforms, ensuring that the software is accessible to users.
Developers may be responsible for providing support to end-users, helping them troubleshoot issues, and answering their questions.

Security and Compliance :

Developers must be aware of security best practices and vulnerabilities. They should write secure code and follow security guidelines to protect data and systems from threats.
After the initial development, developers continue to maintain the software, providing updates, fixing bugs, and making improvements as needed.
Developers must adhere to specific compliance and regulatory requirements, such as data protection laws or industry-specific standards.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or any Technology/ Programming courses
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Interested in configuring, maintaining and enhancing current features and functionalities of the system
Ability to learn new tools and technologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to create documentation (docs, sheets)
