Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonuses, incentives, and benefits plans.
Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation practices.
Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax and labor laws.
Oversee employee benefits enrollment, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave entitlements.
Handle employee inquiries regarding salary, benefits, and deductions.
Maintain accurate records of compensation and benefits data.
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to align compensation strategies with company objectives.
Ensure compliance with government regulations, including tax reporting and mandatory contributions.
Assist in the development of compensation policies and job grading systems.
Analyze compensation trends and provide recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, HR Specialist, or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, and payroll processing.
Familiarity with labor laws, tax regulations, and government-mandated benefits.
Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, ADP).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
