Job Description
related to new hires, terminations, bonuses, and deductions.
• Work closely with Accounting and Finance to ensure proper payroll disbursement.
• Manage employee benefits programs (e.g., HMO) and respond to employee
inquiries.
• Administer employee leave benefits, including vacation, sick leave, and
government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Ensure compensation and benefits practices comply with local labor laws and
regulations.
• Assist with the filing and reporting requirements for government-mandated benefits.
• Maintain and update employee records to ensure accurate benefits entitlements.
• Maintain up-to-date records on employee compensation, benefits enrollment, and
other HR-related data.
• Assist in HR projects, such as salary reviews, benefits audits, and the design of
compensation strategies.
• Performs other task related to Human Resources as required by the Immediate
Head
