Job Description

Duties and Responsibilites:

1. Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
2. Ensure new hires complete pre-employment requirements and proper onboarding.
3. Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for key positions in property management and services.
4. Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and labor laws.
5. Ensure compliance with employment laws, safety regulations, and industry standards.
6. Conduct investigations on workplace issues and recommend appropriate actions.
7. Foster a positive workplace culture and improve employee engagement.
8. Oversee timekeeping and attendance records to ensure accurate payroll processing.
9. Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including leave, health insurance, and other company-provided incentives.
10. Monitor and ensure compliance with government-mandated benefits (e.g., social security, health insurance, tax deductions).
11. Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
12. Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance skills and performance.
13. Assist in leadership development initiatives to prepare employees for career growth.
14. Ensure HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks are updated and properly communicated.
15. Maintain and secure employee records, contracts, and legal documentation.
16. Monitor policy implementation and address any violations or inconsistencies.
17. Support the performance appraisal process and provide guidance to department heads on employee evaluations.
18. Develop and implement strategies to improve employee productivity and retention.

Qualifications Skills & Exeperience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. At least 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in property services, real estate, or facilities management.
3. Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and regulatory compliance.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in HR software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle sensitive employee matters professionally.
7. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Salary:
₱30,000.00 Monthly
