Role Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce applications to optimize business processes and improve system efficiencies. You will work closely with business users and fellow engineers to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions.



Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development & Customization:

Design and develop Apex classes, Triggers, Batch Jobs, Visualforce pages, Salesforce Lightning components, and Flows.

Enhance and troubleshoot Visualforce pages, lead assignment rules, and email templates.

Customize user management, including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.

Process Automation & System Integration:

Implement and optimize Salesforce automation processes using Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.

Develop Salesforce API integrations and work with Microsoft Azure Data Management, Mulesoft, and external platforms.

Support Mambu migration tasks and StoreConnect setup for e-commerce clients.

Performance, Scalability & Bulk Processing:

Design and optimize Salesforce solutions for performance, scalability, and batch processing.

Develop scalable applications on multiple Salesforce Clouds, including Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.

Ensure efficient data handling and bulk processing using Salesforce best practices.

Incident Management & Support:

Troubleshoot application and contract errors, ensuring system stability.

Conduct health checks, bulk data management, and sync error resolution using Azure.

Provide user support and assist engineers with development and testing issues.

Agile Project Delivery & Documentation:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Document technical specifications, customer guides, and internal knowledge bases.

Participate in peer programming, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.





Qualifications

Minimum 4-5 years of Salesforce Development experience

At least 6 years of overall work experience in this field

Strong knowledge of Apex, Triggers, Batch Jobs, Visualforce, Salesforce Lightning, and Salesforce API development

Experience with Salesforce platform performance optimization, scalability, and bulk/batch processing capabilities

Hands-on experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud

Understanding of user management, profiles, permission sets, and security settings

Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Mambu, and data migration tools

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred:

Background in cybersecurity and cloud environments
