Tableau Developers (Project-Based)

Location: Pasay City (at least 1 day remote per week)
Employment Type: 6-month contract (with possibility of renewal)
Salary: ₱60,000 – ₱80,000 per month (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shift

About the Role:
As a Tableau Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality business intelligence solutions using Tableau. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver insightful dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities:
- Dashboard and Report Development: Design and implement stable and scalable analytic and reporting solutions using Tableau.
- Requirements Gathering: Participate in business analysis activities to gather reporting and dashboard requirements.
- Data Transformation: Translate business requirements into specifications for implementing reports and dashboards from multiple data sources.
- Testing and Validation: Document test cases, create test scripts, and validate reports to ensure data accuracy.
- Data Modeling: Design and implement Data Marts and Data Warehouses using best practices and data modeling techniques.
- Automation and Optimization: Create and automate reports, and perform performance tuning and optimization.
- Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis for ad-hoc reporting needs.
- Documentation and Training: Develop user guides and documentation for run management and ad-hoc reporting.
- Quality Control: Investigate quality control failures and resolve or escalate issues as needed.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively within and across teams, and interact with customers to provide technical information.
- Project Transition: Transition developed reports and dashboards to the Operations and Support Team.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Tableau
- Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, SQL Server, Oracle, MicroStrategy, QlikView, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL, MySQL, Oracle)
- Experience in data modeling, data architecture, and data warehouse design
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Agile, SDLC, Waterfall, or other project management methodologies is a plus
- Background in scoping, planning, and project management is a plus
- Willing to work onsite in Pasay City with hybrid work arrangements (1 remote day per week)
- Available to start immediately
