What to Expect:
As a Salesforce professional at Altus Digital, you will play a key role in supporting, developing, and optimising Salesforce solutions for our clients.

This may involve overseeing the daily operations of the Salesforce platform, designing and developing custom applications, ensuring data integrity, and supporting configuration updates and enhancements.

Your role will involve collaboration with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that meet business objectives

What You’ll Do

Your Main Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage user accounts and permissions to ensure security.
Monitor data integrity and perform data cleanups/maintenance within Salesforce.
Create and modify reports and dashboards.
Assist with workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
Provide user training and support.
Collaborate with the development team on enhancements and fixes.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
Develop, customise, and optimise Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware solutions.
Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features.
Participate in system testing and quality assurance processes.
Create and maintain technical design documents and high-quality, reusable code.
Participate in project management for Salesforce-related projects.

What You’ll Bring

Experience: At least 1 year experience as a Salesforce Administrator or related role.
Technical Proficiency: Understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, standard/custom objects, including data management and reporting.
Automation skills: Experience with Flow, Process Builder, and other automation tools.
Experience in API integrations (REST/SOAP) and middleware tools. Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration, and API technologies.
Data management proficiency: Strong understanding of data integrity, deduplication, and reporting. Strong skills in data management, including data imports, exports, and cleansing within Salesforce.
Analytical mindset: Ability to create insightful reports and dashboards that drive decision-making. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Problem-solving ability: Skilled in troubleshooting system issues and improving workflows. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, client-first approach to issue resolution.
Strong collaboration skills: Comfortable working with business leaders to shape Salesforce strategy. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Self-Motivated: Demonstrated ability to take initiative, learn quickly, and work independently.
