Job Description

Location: Pasay City
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift
Flexible remote work (at least 1 day/week)
Salary Range: PHP 60,000 – 80,000/month (Depending on Experience)
Contract Type: Independent Contractor (Initial 6 months, with possible extension)
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role
We are seeking skilled Tableau Developers to join our team on a project-based contract. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality business intelligence (BI) solutions tailored to our client’s needs. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable data analytics and reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain reliable, scalable, and high-performing dashboards and reports using Tableau.
Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
Build and optimize Data Marts and Data Warehouses.
Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Automate recurring reports and improve data visualization strategies.
Engage in business analysis to gather requirements for dashboards and reporting tools.

Support database schema development using industry best practices.

Document test cases, create test scripts, and ensure quality control.
Provide technical support and knowledge sharing with the Operations and Support Team.
Participate in client meetings and communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Tableau.
Proficiency in relational databases (e.g., Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL).
Strong understanding of BI architecture, data warehouse design, and performance tuning.
Experience in designing data models (star, snowflake, normalized schemas).
Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or with a team.
Familiarity with Agile, SDLC, Waterfall, or other project methodologies is a plus.
Project planning or management experience is a bonus.
