Job Description
Reports To: Sales Manager
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Field Work Locations: SM Light Mall, SM San Lazaro, SM Baliwag, and Robinsons Galleria
Salary Range: PHP 18,000 - PHP 25,000
Job Objective:
The Retail Sales Supervisor is responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets while maintaining strong business relationships with assigned dealers. This role involves leading the retail team, managing inventory, handling cash and credit management, and executing retail marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1. Sales Management and Target Achievement:
Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets across all stores.
Prepare business reviews and monitor sell-out performance.
2. Retail Team Training and Supervision:
Oversee the management, training, and development of the retail sales team.
Schedule and coach team members to enhance performance and productivity.
3. Inventory Management:
Conduct daily inventory monitoring (Weeks of Supply) to ensure stock availability and minimize losses.
4. Cash and Credit Management (CMs):
Perform audits on cash, inventory, and operational procedures.
Manage crisis situations involving customer complaints, product issues, warranties, and governmental requirements.
Address bank queries for credit card agreements.
5. Retail Marketing and Customer Relations (RIS):
Supervise store marketing programs and promotional materials (POP displays, collaterals, etc.).
Oversee CRM (Customer Relations Marketing) initiatives to ensure excellent customer experiences.
Ensure proper display and visibility of products in stores.
Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders for marketing promotions.
Implement memos and directives in-store.
Education and Experience:
Must have an Associate’s Degree in Business or a related field.
At least 2 years of retail management experience.
A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Must be willing to do fieldwork and work relocation as needed
