Job Description
We are looking for a Trainer Team Lead to conduct training sessions, mentor employees, and help develop essential workplace skills. The ideal candidate has a passion for teaching and a background in finance.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct training on:
Verbal & Written Communication
Time Management Skills
Basic Spreadsheet/Document Creation
Develop training materials and facilitate engaging learning sessions.
Assess training effectiveness and provide constructive feedback.
Support continuous learning and employee development.
Qualifications
Prior experience as a trainer (preferred).
Background or experience in finance (advantageous).
Strong communication and leadership skills.
