Elisha Manpower Services Corporation traces its roots from Mr.Hilario Nonato, one of the pioneers in manpower services industry in the country in the early 50's. Honest Care General Services was managed by his son-in-law, Mr.Buenaventura Napiza. Having enough knowledge of the operations, Mr.Buenaventura Napiza eventually established his own business in late 70's called Honest BF General Services together with his wife Adelaida and three sons Arturo, Bernardo & Carlo. In 1986, the death of Mr.Buenaventura Napiza,impelled the eldest son Mr.Arturo Napiza to to take over the operations of the family business. These experiences exposed Arturo and acquaint him to pursue the challenging potential of the business as he gain expertise and interest in the field of manpower management. In 1990, Ann Construction & General Services was established by Mr.Arturo Napiza enabling him to practice and utilize his skills being a licensed Civil Engineer. This paved the way to venture in construction businesses and at the same time continues to provide manpower support to existing clients who requires specialized manpower skills. Likewise, Mr.Napiza's experience in the construction projects and subdivision developments earned him the technical know-how of the business. In 1997,from single proprietoship, Mr.Arturo Napiza, together with his wife Jesma Napiza, has ventured in further training and development programs of its workforce to enhanced and uplift the quality and specialization of their human resource management. Hence, ELISHA MANPOWER SERVICES CORPORATION was established. Through this initiation, he company continues to serve, gaining trust and confidence from clients beyond their expectations. These undertakings generated commendations as well as an image of dependability in terms of delivery if service and performance. Today, it is headed by Mr.Abram Napiza, he youngest child of Mr.Arturo & Jesma Napiza and assures its clients to an equally high standard of performance as service provider. We guarantee excellence to sustain trustworthiness and credibility because service is our business.
