Job Description

Duties:
Answer phone calls, manage emails, and schedule appointments to ensure smooth office operations.
Organize, file, and maintain physical and digital office documents.
Manage office supplies, keeping stock levels up and placing orders when necessary.
Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and preparing basic reports.
Greet visitors, provide customer service, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.

Qualifications:
Graduate of any business course
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain a professional demeanor.
