Job Summary:
The Solution Architect will be responsible for leading the development of solution architecture for IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise architecture guardrails. This role involves guiding technical teams, managing project delivery, and recommending appropriate solutions for the bank’s strategic programs and projects. The Solution Architect will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet both current and target state business needs.
Qualifications - Solution Architect
– 8+ years of experience in IT software/services definition, build, and management.
– 2-3 years in Solution Architecture, developing solutions that support business-oriented project developments.
– Strong understanding of agile methods, solution delivery lifecycle, and IT project management.
– Knowledge of financial services, payments, or insurance industries is a plus.
– Familiarity with application development, middleware, system integration, infrastructure, and IT operations.
– Ability to communicate technical solutions effectively with both business and technical teams.
– Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
– Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
