Job Description
- As a Technical Lead, you'll be at the helm of our application architecture and implementation efforts—ensuring robust, scalable, and secure solutions across a portfolio of projects. You’ll guide the technical roadmap, own key deliverables, and act as the go-to expert through all phases of the software development lifecycle. This is not just a coding role—it’s leadership with a tech-first mindset. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, business analysts, and engineering teams to translate complex business needs into seamless technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect Solutions: Design end-to-end technical solutions aligned with business needs and bank standards.
- Lead Technical Delivery: Manage team deliverables, technical specs, testing (SIT/UAT/Prod), and risk mitigation.
- Vendor & POC Coordination: Handle vendor queries, review diagrams/scripts, and assess POC outcomes.
- Analyze Requirements: Address performance, integration, and admin aspects of technical requests.
- Project Oversight: Monitor progress, ensure compliance, and escalate issues as needed.
- Team Leadership: Support team development, enforce standards, and manage resources.
- Drive Improvements: Contribute to continuous improvement and handle tasks assigned by leadership.
