Job Description
Dayshift: Schedule
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for integration strategies across Salesforce, MuleSoft, and other cloud platforms, providing expert advice on integration approaches, patterns, API management, governance, environment architecture, licensing considerations, and industry best practices.
• Leads technical requirements gathering or design workshops to derive the envisioned solution along with detailed integration architecture design and technical specifications
• Advise on integration patterns (e.g., data integration, process integration, batch integration, event-based integration, data virtualization, zero-copy integration) and authentication mechanisms (e.g., OAuth, SAML) that best support business objectives and technical requirements.
• Develop creative solutions that solve our client’s business and technical problems
• Leads and facilitates project delivery to define business, functional, and technical requirements
• Preparation of Demonstration, orchestrating Proof of Concepts and benefit realization
• Manages direct reports and mentors junior team members
• Engagement with clients’ stakeholders to understand their needs, provide meaningful solutions and build strong relationships to be the trusted partner
• Perform solution effort sizing and define delivery plan
• Assess, advocate for and approve external technologies, such as Salesforce
Requirements:
• 6 to 10 years of practical experience in salesforce integration and implementation projects
• Rapid comprehension of client’s system architecture to provide an envisioned future technology stack via roadmap
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce APIs and it’s integration patterns (e.g., data integration, process integration, batch integration, event-based integration, data virtualization, zero-copy integration) and authentication mechanisms (e.g., OAuth, SAML) that best support business objectives and technical requirements.
• Proven experience on integration patterns (e.g., data integration, process integration, batch integration, event-based integration, data virtualization, zero-copy integration) and authentication mechanisms (e.g., OAuth, SAML) that best support business objectives and technical requirements.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based integrations, with familiarity in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Salesforce Architect & MuleSoft certifications or any API integration certifications
• Excellent communication skill in customer interaction, presentation, story-telling and engagement skills
• Excellent technical writing skills in solution illustration, proposal and contract writing
• Excellent team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills in articulation of complex problems and solutions in a simple, visual and impactful manner
• Experience working in an IT services/consulting firm is highly preferred
• Experience with Data modelling, SQL, integration with Web Services (SOAP / REST / XML)) WS-* stack and WSDL are added advantage to support user testing
