Job Purpose/Mission
The Marketing and Creative Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing communication programs and branding strategies that effectively promote the organization and its products both locally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Management (20%)
Ensure consistent deployment of the company's brand across all companies and mediums.
Develop branding guidebooks for each subsidiary.
Standardize corporate materials (e.g., calling cards, letterheads, folders, envelopes, corporate fonts, and electronic signatures).
Manage corporate logos for all subsidiaries.
Assist in developing the mission and vision for each subsidiary.
2. External Public Relations (10%)
Plan, strategize, and manage integrated marketing campaigns for the corporate brand.
Identify and establish relationships with relevant media (TV, print, online).
Prepare and distribute press releases regarding company accomplishments and milestones.
Enhance online presence and brand visibility.
Propose and implement creative campaigns for public exposure.
Oversee press and PR events.
Develop a corporate profile for the company and its subsidiaries.
Maintain a database of key industry contacts (including birthdays and events).
Represent the company external events for networking and relationship building.
Handle media inquiries, customer inquiries, and complaints.
Ensure proper clearance of external communications.
3. Internal Public Relations (10%)
Conceptualize, manage, and implement internal communication programs.
Oversee internal newsletters and company announcements.
Manage and edit internal documents (e.g., employee handbooks).
Reduce miscommunication between Management and staff.
Maintain a corporate photo catalogue of offices, personnel, and businesses.
4. Communications (20%)
Ensure a high standard of language and branding across all marketing materials.
Develop new marketing collateral for each subsidiary and improve existing materials.
Oversee the updating of all company websites.
Research and compile information for marketing campaigns.
Develop and review product labels and marketing texts.
Serve as the main coordinator for English-based marketing materials for company's international network.
5. Core Values Communication (20%)
Assist HR in communicating company core values to employees.
Develop a list of key reasons employees choose to work at the company and ensure alignment with company culture.
Collaborate with HR to enhance employees' communication skills.
6. Staff Management and Supervision (20%)
Improve department efficiency through system and procedure development.
Manage annual budgets and conduct periodic cost analyses.
Ensure compliance with recruitment hiring standards.
Monitor and enforce direct reports' job performance standards.
Identify training and development opportunities for staff.
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethics.
Provide timely and accurate reports to management.
7. Creative Development
Develop creative materials aligned with brand strategies.
Ensure timely production of creative assets according to marketing plans.
Oversee execution and quality assurance of marketing campaigns.
Assist in sourcing suppliers through cost analysis
Research current trends in branding and marketing execution.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Advertising, or Marketing.
7–10 years of experience in corporate communications, covering multiple functions.
Minimum 5 years of management experience.
Skills & Knowledge
Proficiency in MS Office, Photoshop, and Adobe Suite.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Leadership and team management abilities.
Project management experience.

Preferred Certifications
Certificate/Diploma in Marketing.
