Job Description
* Assist customers via phone, live chat, or email by understanding their queries, providing solutions, and using the knowledge base to find relevant information
* Communicate with internal teams (Operations, KYC) through the ticketing system for additional input or escalate issues
* Participate in coaching and training sessions
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required
* Basic tech skills, including a typing speed of 40 WPM
* Strong understanding and ability to work in English tools and language
* Familiarity with relevant information or tools related to the job
* Able to manage multiple tasks
WORK LOCATION: Ayala Avenue, Makati City
WORK SCHEDULE: Shifting Scheduled (Onsite)
SALARY RANGE: 25,000
