Job Description
Location: Cebu City - Global Home Security Account Salary Range: PHP 19,000 Monthly Shift: Shifting Schedule | Onsite
What Would You Do:
Assist customers with inquiries and issues related to home security services and products.
Deliver high-quality service in handling customer concerns effectively.
Provide accurate information and solutions while maintaining professionalism.
Qualifications:
At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
1 year of customer service experience (not limited to BPO) in a customer-facing role (e.g., Starbucks, iStores, WOSA).
Strong communication skills.
