Job Description:
We are seeking motivated, customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent service, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring positive experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies.
Resolve customer issues, complaints, or inquiries promptly and effectively, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Follow company scripts, guidelines, and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.
Document and update customer interactions in the system.
Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient resolution of customer concerns.
Attend training sessions and actively participate in ongoing skill development.

Qualifications:
At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
With or without BPO experience—we provide training for those new to the industry.
Strong communication skills—verbal and written, with an ability to engage and relate to customers.
Excellent listening skills and the ability to identify customer needs quickly.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in basic computer skills and MS Office applications.
Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
