Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Freelance Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top talent while working closely with hiring managers. This is a remote, full-time freelance role with a fixed monthly fee and performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels for candidate outreach.
Conduct preliminary screening and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Provide regular recruitment reports and insights to stakeholders.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Recruiter (Agency or In-House) with full-cycle recruiting expertise.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Ability to handle multiple job requisitions and work independently.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with global hiring trends and market insights.
