Job Description
Scrape and compile data from LinkedIn and other various sources like company websites
Monitor LinkedIn for job postings from specific companies and track hiring trends
Create a structured weekly report summarizing job openings, company recruitment activity, and insights
Identify and list key recruitment contacts, including Recruitment Managers, HR Managers, Department Heads, and LinkedIn job posters (hiring managers or recruiters who post job openings)
Help create customized email templates for outreach, tailored to each company or line of business
Maintain and update a structured database of job postings, companies, and key decision-makers
Familiarity with LinkedIn and its job posting features is a must
Strong research skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in data organization and report creation
Experience using Apollo Lead Scraper is an advantage
Experience with LOXO Talent Intelligence Platform is a plus
Experience in social media management and WordPress is a plus
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Male candidates preferred
Schedule: To start as Project-Based or PT | TBD, EST
Rate: $4/hr
