Invoicer / Cashier

What you'll be doing

Prepare and process customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner
Reconcile invoices with purchase orders, delivery notes, and other supporting documents
Liaise with the Sales, Logistics, and Accounting teams to resolve any invoice-related queries or discrepancies
Maintain detailed records and documentation of all invoicing activities
Assist with month-end and year-end invoicing procedures
Provide support to the Accounts Receivable team as needed

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in an invoicing or accounts receivable role within a manufacturing or logistics environment
Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
A team player with a proactive and customer-oriented approach
