Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
-Identify and pursue new customer accounts in Cavite, Laguna, Las Pinas, Muntinlupa
-Present and promote GICA’s product line to target industries and distributors
-Prepare and deliver sales presentations and technical demonstrations
Client Relationship Management
-Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure after-sales satisfaction
-Conduct regular client visits and provide support in solving technical or product-related concerns
Sales Execution
-Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and credit arrangements within company policy
-Achieve individual and team sales targets
-Coordinate quotations, proposals, and follow-ups to convert leads into orders
Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field
*At least 1-2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in industrial products or construction materials
*Background in abrasives, construction supplies, or manufacturing equipment is a strong advantage
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
*Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
*Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
*Willing to travel and do fieldwork regularly
