Job Description
The Finance Supervisor is responsible for providing accurate financial data analysis, ensuring efficient cash management, and overseeing collection forecasts and statuses. This role ensures compliance with company policies and effective implementation of financial strategies in line with HDI's vision, mission, and core values.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and send statements of accounts and billings to clients.
Monitor receivables and manage MRT contract data.
Prepare financial reports, including collection forecasts, MRT status, and aging reports.
Process sales commissions and validate financial documents (e.g., supplier payments, payroll).
Monitor cash flow and fund status, and coordinate with the legal department on collections.
Oversee subordinates’ tasks and performance, including aging receivables and billing documents.
Prepare VAT reports and support audit requirements.
Conduct staff performance evaluations and coaching.
Adhere to company policies and maintain accurate financial records.
Requirements:
College degree in Finance or related field.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
