Accounting Intern

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure 100% collection of all due and outstanding accounts through all possible means.
Verify that clients have fully settled payments before processing any delivery.
Prepare and release Statements of Accounts (SOA) accurately and on time for client billing.
Generate and submit Daily Sales Reports with accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare and maintain an Aging of Accounts report to track outstanding balances effectively.
Assist in reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies related to client payments.
Support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations in all accounting tasks.
Collaborate with internal teams to address billing inquiries and payment concerns.
Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:

Currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and meet deadlines.
Amenable to work on-site (office based)
