Job Description

Required Experience:
・Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
・7+ years of HR leadership experience with a regional scope.
・With experience handling multiple branches in different countries.
・Strong knowledge of labor laws across Vietnam, Japan, Korea, the Philippines, and Brunei.
・Experience in HR strategy, talent acquisition, compliance, and compensation & benefits.
・Proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll management, and HR analytics.
・Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
・Experience working with and managing multiple country heads.

Preference:
・Additional HR certifications (e.g., CHRP, CHRM, SHRM-CP, or equivalent).
・Experience working in regional or global HR roles.
・Exposure to HR technology platforms and digital transformation initiatives.
・Background in change management, mergers & acquisitions, or organizational restructuring.
・Experience handling environmental, health & safety (EHS) compliance within HR.
・Multilingual skills (e.g., Japanese, Mandarin) for regional collaboration.
・Experience in HR analytics and AI-driven recruitment tools.

The Regional Senior HR Manager will oversee HR operations across multiple countries, including Vietnam, Japan, Korea, the Philippines, and Brunei. This role requires a highly experienced HR professional with regional expertise in talent acquisition, compliance, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, and strategic HR planning. The Regional Senior HR Manager will ensure HR functions align with business objectives and legal frameworks across all designated regions.

This position will also serve as the acting HR lead in the absence of the Regional HR Senior Manager, providing oversight and strategic direction for HR operations.
