Job Description

Schedule: 9 AM - 6 PM, Mondays - Fridays

Required Experience:
・Postgraduate Degree/MBA in Human Resources or an equivalent global qualification.
・With over 20 years of experience in General HR.
・7+ years of experience in HR leadership roles within multicultural environments (BPO/Shared Services)
・Proven track record of managing HR teams and effectively implementing HR strategies.
・Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and global HR compliance standards.
・Expertise in talent acquisition, workforce planning, compensation & benefits, and performance management.
・Experience in HR policy development and execution at a corporate level.
・Proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll management, and modern HR tools.
・Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
・Ability to navigate and collaborate in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
・Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
・Additional HR certifications (e.g., CHRP, CHRM, SHRM-CP, or equivalent).
・Experience working in regional or global HR roles.
・Exposure to HR technology platforms and digital transformation initiatives.
・Background in change management, mergers & acquisitions, or organizational restructuring.
・Experience handling environmental, health & safety (EHS) compliance within HR.
・Multilingual skills (e.g., Japanese, Mandarin) for regional collaboration.
・Experience in HR analytics and AI-driven recruitment tools.
