Job Description
What you'll be doing
- Provide excellent customer service through inbound and outbound calls
- Handle a variety of customer inquiries and requests with professionalism and empathy
- Work collaboratively with your team to ensure efficient and effective resolution of customer issues
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
Contribute to continual process improvements to enhance the customer experience
