Call Captioning Associate for Financial

Key Responsibilities:
Transcribe and caption live phone calls between customers and financial services representatives, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Capture key information during financial transactions and customer service interactions, including account details, inquiries, and resolutions.
Maintain a high level of accuracy in transcriptions, ensuring that all industry-specific financial terms and jargon are documented correctly.
Review and edit captions for grammar, spelling, and punctuation to maintain professionalism and readability.

Qualifications:
Completed 2nd Year College/Undergraduate + Starter/Adapter
