Salary: PHP 25,000 – PHP 35,000

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Operations Supervisor to oversee and manage both technical and non-technical support functions. This role ensures efficient and professional customer service through remote support (phone, chat, text) and in-person service operations at distribution or repair centers. The supervisor will lead a team of customer service representatives, drive quality service delivery, and implement process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations and ensure effective handling of customer inquiries.
Provide mentorship, performance evaluations, and team development.
Manage customer service activities in remote and in-person service environments.
Resolve escalated issues, ensuring prompt and professional solutions.
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Track and report key performance metrics to management.

Qualifications
3+ years of customer service experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Experience in remote (phone, chat, text) and in-person service is preferred.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle high inquiry volumes while maintaining service quality.
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
