Job Description
- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
- Research and evaluate potential vendors.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Update internal databases with order details such as dates, vendors, quantities, and discounts.
- Conduct market research to identify pricing trends.
- Evaluate vendor offers and negotiate better prices.
- Prepare cost analyses and maintain updated records of invoices and contracts.
- Follow up with suppliers to confirm or modify orders.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure product quality upon arrival.
Qualifications & Skills:
- College graduate of any 4-year course.
- Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
