Quality and Knowledge Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Quality & Knowledge Specialist will focus on identifying and analyzing quality & knowledge assets within the organization to ensure valuable information is effectively captured and disseminated. Responsible for the technological aspects of the Quality & KM initiative including the implementation and management of Quality & KM tools and system.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BS in Industrial Engineering or Information Management or related field.
Experience with Data Analytics and Reporting
Strong Analytical skills and attention to detail
Experience with either Quality and/or Knowledge Management System, Project management, Process Improvement, Kaizen. Lean and Six Sigma, KM System and tools, data management and IT support

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct assessment to identify quality & knowledge gaps and areas for improvement
Develop and maintain a quality & knowledge repository, ensuring easy access to necessary information
Analyze data related to quality & knowledge utilization and share insights with the COE Manager Q&K Officer for strategic and tactical decision making
Collaborate with departments to facilitate quality & knowledge capture from best practices and learned using different online platforms and system application. (ERP, POS, Online Portal, Ticketing System.
Select implement and maintain quality & knowledge management software and platforms
Ensure the security and accessibility of knowledge repositories.
Provide technical support and training team members using Quality & KM tools
Collaborate with the Q&K Officer and other team to integrate KM practices into existing MIS systems.
