Job Description
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business administration, communications, or a related area is preferred.
Experience in email management best practices and tools. (Non Negotiable)
Must have experience in handling Claims and Back Office Support for at least 2 years (Non Negotiable)
Proficiency in using email management software, Microsoft Office tools and other tools. (Non Negotiable)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Non Negotiable)
Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy . (Non Negotiable)
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proven experience in email management or customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry.
Familiarity/Experience with CRM systems or helpdesk software is advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
Familiarity with basic customer service principles and practices
Job Description
Responsible for efficiently managing and prioritizing incoming email communications, ensuring that they are directed to the appropriate teams or individuals within the organization.
This role will also be responsible for categorizing and tagging emails, as well as maintaining an organized email system.
Read and review incoming emails from various sources
Prioritize and categorize emails based on urgency and content
Direct emails to the appropriate teams or individual for further action.
Tag and label emails for easy retrieval and tracking.
Respond to basic inquiries and provide initial support when necessary.
Maintain an organized and up to date email system.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate handling of emails.
Identify and report any recurring issues or trends in incoming emails.
