Job Description
Responsible in sourcing of potential candidates, screening applications and implement effective
recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the
organization.
Main Duties
The duties and responsibilities are:
- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Performing recruitment duties such as scheduling interviews, Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
- Working closely with the human resources department to maintain the candidate database and handle any relevant paperwork.
- Preparing and posting job advertisements online and in print media.
- Screening candidates by performing background checks and verifying their qualifications and experience.
- Attends and participates in any job fairs and recruiting sessions.
- Following up with candidates during the recruitment process, like shortlisting callbacks or rejection emails.
- Assisting successful candidates with the onboarding process such as requirements, including preparing documents and coordinating orientation agendas.
Additional Duties
- Filing of 201 files and other pertinent documents
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned.
Educational and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any related field
- Fresh graduate or with at least 1 or 2 years work experience as recruiter
