Job Description
To analyze and interpret business data to provide actionable insights that drive decision-making and improve business performance.
To collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and deliver data-driven solutions.
To design, implement, and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards that support strategic goals.
To ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality across systems and reporting processes.
To identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of data governance best practices.
Job Responsibilities
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders to inform data-driven solutions.
Collaborate with IT, data engineers, and other teams to ensure data systems meet business needs and requirements.
Design and implement data models that align with business goals and improve decision-making processes.
Conduct data quality checks to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of business data.
Provide ongoing support for the creation and improvement of data collection, reporting, and analysis processes.
Assist in identifying and implementing data governance practices and standards.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to bridge any knowledge gaps.
Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and data utilization.
In addition to the primary responsibilities, the employee may be required to perform any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, focusing on data analysis, business intelligence, or data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
Strong knowledge of SQL and data querying techniques.
Familiarity with databases, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
Experience with analytics platforms or programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SAS) is a plus.
Understanding of business processes and the ability to link data insights to business outcomes.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
Knowledge of machine learning models and predictive analytics.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Agile environments
