Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Analyst to join our IT software development team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring seamless communication and successful project delivery. The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements, analyze business processes, and contribute to the creation of innovative software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business and technical requirements.
Process Analysis & Improvement: Analyze and propose solutions to enhance existing business processes and workflows.
Solution Design & Documentation: Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and create related documentation.
Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams, ensuring alignment on project deliverables.
Testing & Validation: Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business needs.
Project Support: Assist with project planning, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications:

Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Familiarity with UML, BPMN, and other process modeling techniques.
Understanding of APIs, integrations, and basic technical concepts.
Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
