Business Analyst – Records

Responsibilities:

Define, implement, and improve records management frameworks.
Identify and catalog records maintained by various departments.
Document business rules for each type of record.
Assist departments in ensuring compliance with the records management framework.
Monitor and resolve gaps in current records management processes.
Design and assist in implementing records inventory tools.
Oversee initiatives like document inventory and folder cleanup.
Prepare reports on records management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Library Science, IT, Computer Science, Accountancy, Business Administration, or Engineering.
At least 2 years of experience in records management projects.
Proven history of implementing process improvements in records management.
Advanced MS Office skills.
Certifications like CRA or CRM are a plus.
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Business Analyst – Process

Responsibilities:

Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Document business requirements to design and implement optimized workflows.
Lead workshops and collaborate with stakeholders for process improvements.
Develop KPIs to measure success and monitor process performance.
Prepare process documentation such as SOPs, maps, and training materials.
Liaise with IT teams to ensure successful integration of process changes.
Stay updated on best practices and methodologies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
3+ years of experience in process improvement or optimization.
Proficiency with tools like Visio, Bizagi, or Lucidchart.
Knowledge of BPM methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or BPMN.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Business Analyst – Data

Responsibilities:

Analyze large datasets to identify trends and support business objectives.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
Gather and validate business requirements to inform data-driven solutions.
Collaborate with IT and data engineers to align systems with business needs.
Conduct data quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Recommend process improvements to enhance data utilization.
Assist in implementing data governance practices and standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or decision-making.
Proficiency with tools like Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and analytics platforms (e.g., Python, R).
Strong communication skills to explain data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with big data technologies and Agile methodologies is a plus.
