Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Requirement Gathering and Analysis
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and analysis sessions to define project objectives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance business processes and efficiency.
2. Solution Design and Validation
• Develop detailed functional specifications and process flows.
• Utilize Azure DevOps to track project progress, manage tasks, and communicate requirements.
• Coordinate with IT and development teams to design solutions aligned with business goals.
3. Salesforce Integration and Utilization
• Leverage Salesforce knowledge to improve customer management and business processes.
• Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other tools and platforms.
4. Testing and Implementation
• Create and execute test cases to validate system functionality and performance.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback to developers.
• Oversee the smooth implementation of new solutions.
5. Documentation and Reporting
• Develop clear and concise documentation, including business cases, workflows, and technical diagrams.
• Prepare progress reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Proper Organization and Stocking of Product Backlog
• Proper creation of User Stories with detailed description and Acceptance Criteria.
6. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
• Communicate effectively with non-technical and technical stakeholders to align on project deliverables.
7. Continuous Improvement
• Stay updated with the latest trends in technology and insurance.
• Monitor implemented solutions and recommend enhancements for continuous optimization.
Qualifications:
Essential Skills
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM tools and integration capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for project tracking, backlog management, and workflows.
• Experienced in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Expertise in documenting business requirements, user stories, and process diagrams.
• Familiarity with system architecture, integration, and data flow design
Technical Skills and Relevant Software:
• Data Visualization Tools: Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Process Mapping Tools: Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
• Collaboration Tools: Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence.
• Database Management: Basic knowledge of SQL or other query languages.
• API Testing Tools: Postman or SOAP UI.
• Azure DevOps for Maintaining Backlog and Creating User Stories
• Customer Communication Platforms: Zendesk, HubSpot (optional but beneficial).
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 year to 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA) is advantageous.
• Experience in cloud-based solutions and SaaS platforms is a plus.
